Tried out the Oyster mushrooms from Essex Exotics , Thank you to Chuck and company for taking the time and explaining the oyster mushrooms start to finish. They are Awesome my Wife fired some up and the rest made a risotto , the flavour and taste are out out this world , We highly recommend Essex Exotics
